Another blast from the past. 25 years to be precise. Streetfighter 2 paved the way for the 100’s of fighting games we have on the market today. Fight your way across the globe to confront M.Bison (or Vega if you’re playing the Japanese version) and destroy his criminal Organisation known as Shadaloo.
Released in 1991, this was Capcom’s 2nd entry into the fighting game genre, the first of which was Streetfighter 1 or “Fighting Street” as it was known on the TurboGrfx-CD console. 25 years later, the franchise is still going strong with the 5th game due to be released exclusively on the PS4 and PC, sometime this year. The series is truly the grand-daddy of fighting games.
